Thing 20
Podcasting. Ok I'll admit I'm a little freaked out. When I went to GCast and read the "user agreement" (something my father taught me always to do although I admit, I don't always :-/) I saw that it said "Although we have attempted to outline above the terms on which you may use the Service in straightforward English, please be aware that these terms, if accepted by you, create a binding legal agreement between you and Company. We strongly urge that before accepting these terms you print out a copy and review it with your attorney, manager and other representatives and if you have no such representatives that you seek other independent qualified guidance." What? I need ot have a lawyer look at it? Help!!! I am not sure I should agree to the terms...did anyone else read this? Is anyone qualified to give me some guidance here?

I'm so impressed that you read it. I'm sorry to say that I never read those things - probably should but don't. I guess it's because I'm not 'signing' anything. I always read what I actually sign - really.
I'm going to forge ahead and do Thing 20 - if the web police show up at my door I'll let you know.
Here goes....

When I went to do the podcast, I signed up and did it, but it said that there will be a $99 fee after 4/1/09. Maybe the web police did show up~HA!
The bottom line for me is, do I want to use this website or not? If I do, I have to accept whatever their conditions are. I guess I've been lucky, but I haven't had any problems with not reading the fine print.
